I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were not only very clean and comfy but also had a nice view as there were no buildings directly facing the window. The hotel staff was amazing -- so friendly and helpful. The laundry room was like none other I have seen anywhere in the world with laundry soap and fabric softener automatically dispensed in washing machines. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with healthy options readily available. The pool and gym were very clean and well-equipped, perfect for travelers like me.

Staying on the 7th floor, the hotel's rooms felt a bit old, but the hospitality made up for it. The location is convenient with eateries nearby and complimentary bus services compensating for any shortcomings. The service was excellent, highlighted by quick check-out and a helpful staff. The dining experience was good, particularly with a staff member named Pooja assisting us. Overall, a decent stay with minor drawbacks.
